WHOLE-SELF COACHING FOR BUSINESS LEADERS
WHOLE-SELF COACHING FOR BUSINESS LEADERS
There is something remarkable within each of us waiting to be rediscovered, strengthened, and expressed. Too often, the demands of life, leadership, work, and responsibility cause us to lose touch with the very qualities that make us unique. We become focused on what needs to be done and forget who we are becoming.
Better Humans Coaching is an invitation to reconnect with the strengths, values, experiences, and aspirations that have shaped your journey.
It is an opportunity to examine where you are, where you want to go, and whether your daily choices, priorities, and commitments are moving you toward the joy, fulfillment, and impact you truly desire.
For me, coaching is a cooperative experience where trust, curiosity, exploration, and reflection help you to rediscover your whole self and new possibilities.
I've got 35+ years of lived business experiences and a litany of credentials and awards, but that's NOT what makes me a great coach.
I See You. I Hear You. I Get You.
You've been through some "stuff" - the good, the bad and the WTF! That stuff has imprinted on you - your mind, your heart, your body, and your spirit - maybe without you even knowing it.
It's YOUR TRUST that makes me a great coach. You trust that my unconventional Better Humans Coaching approach holds the space to transform your stuff into more joy, more fulfillment, and more impact.
I have helped business leaders from across the globe solve complex challenges and bring bold visions to life for more than three decades. Over time, I noticed something unexpected. While strategy helped leaders move their organizations forward, it was often the private conversations behind the strategy that ultimately moved the leader forward.
Those conversations revealed 3 truths about leadership that have shaped the way I support leaders, and why I became a coach.

Whether you're leading an initiative, a project, a team, or an organization, people are watching you. They notice what you say, and what you don't. What you do, and what you choose not to do. They pay attention to who influences you, who has access to you, and how you respond when the pressure is on.
Sometimes it's curiosity.
Sometimes it's criticism.
Sometimes it's admiration.
Sometimes it's ammunition.
Leadership naturally invites observation. Every interaction, every decision, and every response has the potential to be interpreted, discussed, and remembered.
Over time, many leaders become more guarded, not because they lack authenticity, but because they understand the weight their words and actions can carry.

When you're a leader, people want to know what's on your mind. They look for meaning in your words, your decisions, and even your silence. They want to understand what you're thinking, why you're thinking it, and what it means for them.
The higher your level of responsibility, the more weight your words carry. A passing thought can be mistaken for a decision. A question can be interpreted as doubt. An idea can become someone else's assignment.
Over time, many leaders begin editing themselves before they speak.
They become careful about expressing uncertainty, frustration, overwhelm, disappointment, or even curiosity. Not because they aren't experiencing those emotions, but because they know others are watching, listening, and drawing conclusions.
Thinking out loud is part of how we process, discern, and gain clarity. Yet for many leaders, that simple human process becomes a luxury they no longer feel they have.

Every leader has thoughts they never say out loud. Feelings they don't share. Questions they haven't answered. Fears they haven't named. And parts of their story that simply aren't meant for public discussion. Leadership doesn't exempt us from being human. It simply requires us to carry our humanity differently.
Behind the titles, responsibilities, and expectations are people navigating the same realities everyone else faces. Relationships. Health. Family. Faith. Finances. Loss. Uncertainty. Identity.
The complexities of work and life rarely stay in separate lanes. They intersect, collide, and sometimes create confusion, constraints, conundrums, and chaos. A coach isn't there to solve those problems or offer advice.
A coach provides something many leaders don't have: a trusted, sacred space where nothing has to be filtered, polished, or performed.
Where thoughts can be spoken before they become decisions.
Where emotions can be acknowledged without judgment.
Where clarity can emerge without consequence.
And the freedom to finally say out loud what has remained unspoken within you.
